Pour in 200 ml of water. Heat the syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool. Then strain the syrup.
Cut the lemon pulp into cubes and place in a blender bowl.
Extract the passion fruit pulp and add it to the lemons.
Pour sugar-lemon syrup over the fruit.
