Place rosemary sprigs in a saucepan and pour in 500 ml of cold purified water. Place over medium heat, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes. During this time, the rosemary will release its essential oils and aroma into the water.
Remove the rosemary sprigs from the water and add sugar to the infusion. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Don't worry if any leaves remain in the water; they will be removed in the next steps.
Pour in the honey. Mix well again.
Strain the broth through a fine sieve. This will remove any rosemary leaves that remain in the broth after cooking.
Squeeze the lemons and strain them to remove any seeds or pulp that may have gotten into the juice during squeezing.
Add lemon juice to the rosemary syrup. Add the remaining water. Stir well to combine all ingredients. Refrigerate the finished lemonade for at least 1 hour.
Pour the cooled drink into glasses, add ice cubes, a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon.
