    500 G
  • Water
    500 ml
  • Lemon zest
    1 pcs
  • Lemon extract
    1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
    200 ml
Preparation

Step 1

Pour sugar into water.

Place on the stove over high heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

When the sugar has dissolved, remove the pan from the heat. Grate in the lemon zest.
