Lemon juice200 ml
Pour sugar into water.
Place on the stove over high heat. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
When the sugar has dissolved, remove the pan from the heat. Grate in the lemon zest.
Squeeze out the lemon juice.
When the syrup has cooled, pour in the lemon extract and lemon juice. Stir.

Place in the freezer for 45-60 minutes, wait until ice begins to form.
