Prepare all the necessary ingredients. You can use any jam you like.
Combine agar with water and let them stand for 5 minutes.
We blend our jam using a blender.
Place the water and agar on the stove and bring to a boil. Stir the water and agar constantly during this stage.
After the agar boils, add sugar and mix thoroughly. Bring the mixture to a boil again and dilute the citric acid with water.
Let the agar boil for about 3 minutes. Then add the jam directly to it and turn off the heat, mixing everything thoroughly.
Add food coloring if desired and mix thoroughly. Next, add citric acid.
Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes. This helps it stabilize.
Next, pour everything into silicone molds.
Let the marmalade cool for 6-12 hours at room temperature.
When the marmalade is ready, sprinkle it with coconut flakes. Then remove the marmalade from the mold and roll it completely in coconut flakes.
You can also use nuts or sugar for sprinkling.
