What wine goes best with marmalade?

First of all, the wine for marmalade or any other dessert must be high-quality. Homemade alcohol is the best option. This way, you can be completely sure it's made from real berries and contains no artificial flavorings or additives.

If you're buying wine, choose specialty grocery stores. These stores always supply vetted products from trusted suppliers and producers.

Red semi-sweet wine is considered the best for making gummy bears. It has a rich flavor (depending on the berry used) and a spicy aroma. In many ways, the resulting creations resemble regular berry marmalade with an alcoholic aftertaste. Furthermore, if your taste buds can tolerate the taste of wine, there's no need to add sugar.

A less popular option is rosé wine. It's distinguished by a light, delicate aftertaste, reminiscent of marmalade.
