Preparation

Step 1

Take the strawberries and sea buckthorn out of the freezer and let them stand for 1 hour at room temperature.

Next, we blend both the sea buckthorn and strawberries.

Strain the sea buckthorn puree to remove the seeds. You can do this using a sieve.

Step 4

Place the strawberry puree on the stove, add sugar and agar-agar, and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.

While stirring constantly, bring the mixture to a boil and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.

Step 6

Pour the strawberry puree into the molds so that they are half full and put them in the refrigerator until they set.

Remember to act quickly because agar-agar begins to harden at room temperature.

Add sugar and agar to the sea buckthorn puree and put on the fire.

Step 8

Stir the mixture constantly and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 9

Pour the sea buckthorn puree on top of the strawberry puree until the mold is completely filled.

We can also decorate it with something on top if you wish.

Step 10

After 15 minutes, take the marmalade out of the refrigerator; it will be ready. Carefully remove it from the molds, and you've got your finished dessert.
