Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and mash them into a puree.
Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Mix the yolks with vegetable oil and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Use odorless oil to ensure the finished dessert has a pleasant berry aroma.
Beat the mixture with a mixer at maximum speed until it turns white and increases in volume.
Add chopped strawberries to the resulting mixture and beat for 1 minute until everything is well mixed.
