Wash fresh strawberries thoroughly, remove stems and place in a blender bowl.
For 500 grams of berries, add 300 grams of classic condensed milk.
Add 500 ml of 20% cream to the mixer bowl.
Cover the bowl with a lid and beat all ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed (approximately 3-4 minutes).
As a result, you should get a fluffy, airy mass like the one in the photo.
A similar result can be achieved with an immersion blender, but in this case it is better to beat the condensed milk and low-fat cream separately, and the berries separately, and combine them at the last stage.
Pour the prepared creamy fruit base into a freezer container, cover with cling film and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
After an hour, remove the mixture from the freezer and whisk. Cover again with cling film and return to the freezer for another hour.
Repeat this process 2-3 more times, every 40 minutes. As the mixture hardens, whisk with an immersion blender instead of a whisk.
Place the finished mixture in the freezer until completely frozen.
Once the mixture has completely hardened, all that remains is to beautifully shape the ice cream into balls and decorate it to your own taste.
