Take a banana, wash and peel it, then cut it into small pieces. This is necessary to make it easier for a food processor or blender to chop the fruit.
Place the prepared banana into a blender bowl.
Cut the avocado and remove the pit. Next, peel it and add it to the banana. It's easiest to do this with a spoon.
Add lemon juice to the banana and avocado. It will prevent the fruit from browning and will perfectly balance the flavor.
Add a pinch of salt and honey to the blender bowl.
Add melted coconut oil to all ingredients. It's important that it's of a soft consistency, as using refrigerated oil will make it much more difficult for the blender to blend with the other ingredients.
Close the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This will take about 2 minutes, as we're using finely chopped ingredients.
Take the ice cream pan you'll be freezing it in. Spoon the aromatic avocado and banana mixture into it, carefully spreading it around the entire perimeter of the pan.
Take any nuts and chop them as desired. Then sprinkle the ice cream with coconut flakes and chopped nuts.
Place the ice cream mold in the freezer until completely set. This amazingly delicious treat is ready!

When choosing ice cream serving dishes, don't limit yourself to small bowls. You can neatly and beautifully arrange your ice cream in small bowls and glasses, garnishing it with a mint sprig. If your ice cream serving dishes aren't transparent, consider the presentation of your treat. Suitable options include:
- chocolate chips;
- berries and fruits;
- confiture;
- candied fruit;
- nuts;
- condensed milk;
- cookie crumbs;
- marshmallows, marshmallows and much more.
You can combine ingredients to create new and original flavors. My ideal option is to place a scoop of ice cream in a clear bowl, drizzle it with chocolate topping, then sprinkle with almond crumbs and cookie pieces, and add a sprig of mint. Beautiful, original, and incredibly delicious!
