Adviсe

  • Freezing is a crucial step in making ice cream. So, no matter how tempting it may be to enjoy the dessert early, it's essential to let it harden thoroughly. The minimum time the treat should spend in the freezer is 3 hours. If desired, you can leave it overnight and enjoy the ice cream in the morning.
  • To ensure a delicious dessert, choose high-quality ingredients. Instead of vanillin, use a vanilla bean. This will give the ice cream a richer flavor.
  • A truly creamy ice cream taste only comes from a sufficient amount of fat. Therefore, avoid using skim milk. If you're looking for a diet-friendly dessert, try making frozen juice.
  • To add variety to the treat's flavor, you can add various syrups during the preparation process: strawberry, caramel, chocolate, etc.
