Preparation

Step 1

Peel the bananas, cut them into slices and place them in the freezer for several hours.

Place the frozen bananas in a blender and blend until smooth.

Frozen bananas are very hard, so they can easily damage your blender while blending. To prevent damage, slice the fruit into thin slices first. After removing the bananas from the freezer, let them thaw slightly. Blend the puree in several batches, adding a small amount of frozen bananas each time.
Step 3

Pour the cooled heavy cream into the puree.

Step 4

Add powdered sugar. You can replace the powdered sugar with a small amount of regular sugar. It's used not for sweetness, but to give the ice cream its characteristic texture.

Step 5

Squeeze out a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Step 6

Blend the ingredients until smooth. Transfer the ice cream to any convenient freezer container. Seal the ice cream tightly.

Step 7

Place in the freezer for 2 hours. Every half hour, remove the mixture and lightly blend it. Then leave in the freezer for 3-4 hours until completely set.
