Pour the cream into a deep bowl. The container should be clean, dry, and grease-free. Chill the cream first.
Begin whipping the cream with a mixer at low speed, gradually increasing the speed. Beat for 5–7 minutes until thick and fluffy.
Add boiled condensed milk to the whipped cream.
Beat the mixture with a mixer at low speed until the ingredients are completely combined. Beat for no more than 1 minute to avoid the mixture becoming too creamy or oily. The cream should be a light cappuccino color.
Take any convenient freezer container. Place the wafer layer on the bottom, trimming it if necessary.
We spread the ice cream mixture evenly over the cake base.
Top with a second wafer layer. Press the wafer gently to ensure it adheres well to the mixture. Freeze for at least 5 hours. Setting time depends on the amount of product.
Carefully remove the ice cream from the mold. It's ready.
What to add
