Caramel: Pour the liquid caramel into the ice cream mixture and mix thoroughly. Then freeze.

Berries - You can use fresh or frozen, whole or small pieces of berries/fruit to freshen up the taste of ice cream.

Storage

Store homemade ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. To prevent ice crystals from forming on the surface and inside the ice cream, be sure to use plastic wrap in contact with the ice cream.
