  • Sugar
    4 tbsp
  • Lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Finely chop fresh mint.

Step 2

Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

Step 3

Place on heat and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Remove from heat and let cool.

Step 5

In a clean saucepan, bring the syrup to a boil. Pour the sugar into the boiling water. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 6

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon.

Step 7

Pour the mint infusion and lemon juice into the syrup. Stir. Refrigerate overnight.
