A standard oatmeal cookie recipe, enhanced with additional ingredients. Walnuts add a subtle nutmeg flavor, perfectly complementing the overall flavor.

Sift the flour and add ground oatmeal to it.
Additionally, add a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Mix the ingredients with a whisk.
In a separate bowl, combine the butter, sugar, and a small pinch of vanilla (on the tip of a knife). Mix the ingredients together.
Pour the resulting oat mixture into a container with butter and mix the ingredients together.
Add eggs and honey to the resulting homogeneous mixture. Stir the ingredients with a spatula.
Place finely chopped walnuts in our container and knead the dough with your hands until it has a smooth, soft consistency.
We form small but identically shaped balls from the dough.
Place the resulting balls on a baking sheet lined with paper.
Bake the cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
