This is one of the simplest apple-oatmeal cookie recipes. You'll need the most readily available ingredients and minimal time to make it. If desired, you can add your favorite nuts, dried fruit, cocoa, or chocolate chips to the dough. You can reduce the amount of sugar or even replace it with honey.

Add apple pieces to the dough.
