This is one of the simplest apple-oatmeal cookie recipes. You'll need the most readily available ingredients and minimal time to make it. If desired, you can add your favorite nuts, dried fruit, cocoa, or chocolate chips to the dough. You can reduce the amount of sugar or even replace it with honey.

Preparation

Step 1

Turn on the oven and preheat it to 190 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, prepare the dough. In a deep bowl, mix the oats, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.

Heat the butter slightly in the microwave, add the egg and stir until smooth.

Add vanillin and sugar to the resulting mixture.

Mix well until smooth.

Peel the apples and cut into small pieces.

Pour the butter-egg mixture into the bowl with flour and oats.

Mix everything until smooth.

Add apple pieces to the dough.

Mix the mixture thoroughly until smooth.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form cookies from the dough and place them on the paper.
