This is the cookie recipe from the hit TV series "The Squid Game." The honeycombs require no baking. I haven't seen any recipes for making them in the microwave either. To make these cookies at home, you'll need just two ingredients and a minimal amount of time.
-
Sugar200 G
-
Soda0.25 tsp
Pour all the sugar into a saucepan or a thick-bottomed pan.
Place the saucepan over low heat.
Caramelize the sugar, stirring constantly with a silicone or wooden spatula. This will take approximately 3-4 minutes. Do not increase the heat.

When the caramel turns a rich brown color, remove the saucepan from the heat.
Pour baking soda into the hot caramel.
Stir the mixture until fluffy.
It should become homogeneous.
Using a tablespoon, form cookies from the caramel mixture and place them on parchment paper or a silicone mat sprinkled with sugar.
Engrave cookies. Cookie cutters or plasticine molds work well for this.
You can also make the desired shape from thick paper, foil and other available materials.
The mystery squid cookie is ready.
Enjoy the taste!
