Pour flour into a container.
Add baking powder to the flour with a teaspoon.
Mix the ingredients using a whisk.
Place salted butter at room temperature into a separate container.
Break one egg into the butter.
Pour powdered sugar into a container.
Using a teaspoon, add vanilla extract.
Mix all ingredients in a second container using a mixer for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
Gradually add the flour mixture from the first container to the second, mixing the ingredients with a mixer.
Knead the resulting dough additionally by hand.
Cover the dish with cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Take about half a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a cylinder 10 centimeters long.
We shape the cylinder using our fingers.
And also with a knife.
We attach the “nail” to the form using almond halves.
Transfer the cookies to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press them down on the sides, ensuring they are as thick as possible. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
As an additional decoration, take two tablespoons of raspberry jam, stirring it thoroughly with a spoon.
We take the cookies out of the oven and carefully decorate them with raspberry jam, painting the nail.
Then coat the back of your finger. The dish is ready!
