Pumpkin Shortbread Pie

Mix all dry ingredients in a deep container, namely: flour, sugar, vanilla and baking powder.
Add oil and eggs to the container.
And then we knead everything with our hands.
Prepare the filling. In a separate bowl, place the chopped pumpkin pulp, egg, cream, and sugar. Mix until smooth.
Add the cookies, broken into small pieces, to the pumpkin mixture.
Divide the dough into two separate portions. Line the bottom of a baking pan with the larger portion and form a basket, spreading it over the edges. Cover the smaller portion with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Pour the pumpkin filling into a baking dish and smooth out the edges. Bake the pie in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
Remove the pie from the oven and sprinkle small pieces of chilled dough on top, distributing them evenly over the entire surface.
Place back in the oven for 20-25 minutes. It's ready!
