Gingerbread cookies are a delicious treat. During Lent, they can be made without eggs or dairy. Plus, cookies made according to this recipe are lower in calories. Be sure to try these Lenten baked goods; you and your family will surely be pleased with the results!

Pour water into a deep saucepan. Add sugar.
Add honey.
Mix everything well with a whisk.
Place on the stove. Stir constantly until it comes to a boil.
Remove from heat, add salt and soda.
Mix.
Pour into a deep plate.
Add sunflower oil.
Mix.
Add some flour, ginger and cinnamon.
Stir again.
Gradually adding all the flour, knead a soft, elastic dough.
Dust the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a layer 3-5 mm thick.
Cut out cookies into desired shapes.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 7-8 minutes.
