PP trifles
Delicious layered trifles should be treated like mini cakes. Therefore, they need to be transformed into a healthy dessert from the very beginning, from the sponge cake to the cream. And this is quite possible with inexpensive ingredients that you can easily find at your local supermarket.

The step-by-step recipe uses Fitparade No. 7 sweetener with erythritol and sucralose. You can substitute it with any sweetener of your choice. The manufacturer specifies 1 packet as 10 g of sugar. Use this information to calculate the sweetness factor for your sweetener.
You can also replace all dairy products with plant-based alternatives, and the egg with 1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal or ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons of water. This will make your trifle vegan.

In a deep bowl, mix the egg, milk and sweetener until smooth.
Grind the oats in a coffee grinder and add them to the egg mixture along with the baking powder and coconut flakes. Mix quickly with a fork.
Pour the batter into a silicone mold or a regular mold greased with sunflower oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Use a mold 16-18 cm in diameter. If you're using a larger mold, reduce the baking time and test for doneness with a toothpick.
Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool for 1-2 hours at room temperature until completely cooled.
Place strawberries or any other berries in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and add sweetener. Stir and bring to a simmer over low heat; as they heat up, they will release their juices.
Grind them with an immersion blender, pour in the starch dissolved in warm water, and mix well with a spatula. Remove from heat, cover with thick plastic wrap, lowering it onto the jam, and let it cool completely.
Break or cut the cake into pieces and blend at medium speed in a blender until you get a textured crumble.
Place low-fat cottage cheese in a deep bowl and beat with a fork until it becomes more homogeneous.
Place the glass on a scale and add 15g of crumble mixture, then 2g of cream, smoothing the surface. Repeat both layers. When forming the layers, be sure to maintain the correct proportions so that the layers look beautiful and don't merge.
Place about 37g of jam into each glass and level with a flexible spatula.
We complete the formation of the trifle with a double layer of crumbs and cottage cheese.
The PP trifle is ready. Garnish with any berries you have in the fridge, if desired, and serve.

A childhood favorite, a chocolate bar, is unlikely to be on a healthy menu. But with this video, you can recreate its flavor using healthy ingredients.
The Snickers Trifle isn't the lowest-calorie bar due to the nuts. However, it's a great addition to the keto diet. Plus, the dessert is simply beautiful and practically enticing.
The key is to decorate the trifle only after the dessert has chilled in the refrigerator, just before serving. This will prevent the fruit slices from drying out and darkening.
Trifles offer a limitless field for creativity. Try them out, experiment, and create your own little masterpieces.
