A delicious, tender, and moderately sweet kulich that stays fresh for a long time—isn't that what we want when we bake? I suggest baking kulich in a bread machine. It will significantly simplify the baking process, and the results are sure to please! We'll be baking this kulich using a Panasonic SD 2511 bread machine.

We install a paddle for mixing “light” bread.
Place dry ingredients into the bread machine bucket: yeast, flour, salt, sugar, vanilla.
Add the diced butter.
Pour in milk heated to 40 degrees.
Don't forget about the yolks.
Place the raisin dispenser in a special tray. Place the bucket with all the ingredients.
Select program 4, size M, medium crust.
Four hours later, the apartment was filled with an incredible aroma! Our Easter cake was ready!
