Charlotte without apples in a slow cooker

Classic apple charlotte is wonderful. But if you substitute garden fruit with raspberries, the dessert will take on a whole new flavor. And using a slow cooker will further enhance the dessert's tenderness thanks to the soft, velvety texture of the dough.

Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.

Step 3

Grease the multicooker bowl with butter, pour in half of the batter and add half of the raspberries.

Step 4

Then we repeat the layers and level the surface so that the dough and berries are evenly distributed.

Step 5

Close the lid and cook on the Multicook setting for 1 hour. Turn it over onto the steamer bowl and leave it until it cools completely.

Step 6

The raspberry charlotte is ready. Decorate as desired with powdered sugar, syrup, and seasonal berries or fruits.

Step 7

Thanks to the alternation of dough and berries in the cut, it will turn out very beautiful and appetizing.

Winter raspberries
You can use frozen berries in this recipe. As long as they're not frozen solid, you can add them to the batter while they're still firm. This will ensure the juice stays in the dessert, creating a vibrant, colorful cut. If you defrost the raspberries first, they'll release their juices and the flavor won't be the same.
