Charlotte with peaches in a slow cooker
Peaches are just as good as apples. They make an even more flavorful, summery charlotte. And if you're looking for a winter dessert, no problem. You can use canned fruit instead of fresh, provided you remove it from the syrup and let it dry a bit.

Beat eggs with sugar until you get an airy, light, creamy mixture.
Add the sour cream and beat for about 1 minute. Then add the baking soda and flour, mixing with a spoon to maintain the volume of the dough.
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle the bottom and sides with sugar. Then transfer half the dough into the bowl and smooth out the surface.
Wash the peaches and halve them, then cut them into pieces and add them to the multicooker bowl on top of the dough. Don't worry, the dough will rise and completely cover the filling.
Pour the batter over everything and bake with the lid closed on the "Bake" setting for 60 minutes. Then, turn the pan over using a steamer and cook for another 10-15 minutes on the "Multi-Cook" setting.
Immediately remove the charlotte and turn it over onto a serving plate.
The peach charlotte is ready. Let it cool until warm and serve with tea.
