Place all the apples on top of the dough.
Pour the remaining dough over everything, distributing it evenly.
We put the charlotte in the oven, preheated to 180 °C for approximately 30-40 minutes. Avoid opening the oven door during baking, as this may cause the finished cake to sink.
We take the charlotte out of the oven and decorate it with powdered sugar.
