Crack the eggs into a large, deep bowl, then add the vanilla and sugar. Beat for about 1 minute on low speed, then increase to high. Continue mixing until fluffy.
Add sifted flour and mix with a mixer until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough without lumps.
Cut the peeled apples into slices and add them to the dough. Gently mix in an upward motion.
Grease the bottom and sides of the multicooker bowl with butter, spreading it evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and tilt the pan from side to side to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere evenly to the greasy surface.
Spread a small amount of dough on the surface, smooth it out, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Continue alternating layers until you run out of ingredients.
Place the bowl in the multicooker and cook on the "Bake" setting for 60-65 minutes, which is the maximum setting. Then bake for another 20-25 minutes, increasing the time, leaving the lid closed. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
The apple and cinnamon charlotte in the slow cooker is ready. Let it cool until it's no longer warm and remove it with a silicone spatula. Place it on a wide plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar or garnish with other ingredients as desired.
This charlotte will be beautiful and mouth-watering when cut into pieces. And the dough base itself will be tender, airy, and literally melt-in-your-mouth.
