Step 1

Take one apple, wash and core it. Then cut it into medium-sized slices.

Step 4

Wash and peel the apple, removing the core. Grate it coarsely, add it to the dough, and mix. This will make the finished pie more tender.

Step 5

Place the frying pan over medium heat. Melt the butter in it. You can use homemade ghee or a mixture of vegetable oil and butter.

Once the butter has melted, place the apples on it. Fry them on one side for a few minutes, then flip them over and let the other side brown.
