Carefully add the flour and beat thoroughly with a mixer on low speed. Next, stir the mixture with a spatula, as flour often settles to the bottom of the bowl after beating and needs to be lifted out.
Prepare a baking pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper to prevent the cake from burning.
Pour the dough into the pan and smooth it out carefully.
Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. You can use whole berries if you prefer. Arrange the strawberries carefully, not pressing them too deeply, as they will settle slightly during baking.
We send the pie to a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes. Do not open the oven door during baking, as the charlotte may settle.
