Charlotte in a slow cooker without eggs

Mix apple juice with sunflower oil in a deep bowl until a homogeneous essence is obtained.
Add the sugar and mix until it's completely dissolved. Then add the flour and baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until the dough is smooth and lump-free.
Line the multicooker bowl with a circle of parchment paper of a suitable diameter and grease it with sunflower oil. Be sure to brush the edges with a kitchen brush.
Peel and core the apples, cut into slices and place them on the bottom of the pan.
Pour all the dough on top and level the surface with a spatula.
Bake the charlotte on the "Bake" setting for 1 hour. Let it cool in the bowl, then remove it and place it on a serving platter.
