  • Apples
    300 G
  • Sunflower oil
    2 tbsp
  • Sugar
    100 G
  • Apple juice
    250 ml
  • Baking powder
    1 tbsp
  • Salt

  • Vanilla sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix apple juice with sunflower oil in a deep bowl until a homogeneous essence is obtained.

Step 2

Add the sugar and mix until it's completely dissolved. Then add the flour and baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla. Beat until the dough is smooth and lump-free.

Step 3

Line the multicooker bowl with a circle of parchment paper of a suitable diameter and grease it with sunflower oil. Be sure to brush the edges with a kitchen brush.

Step 4

Peel and core the apples, cut into slices and place them on the bottom of the pan.

Step 5

Pour all the dough on top and level the surface with a spatula.

Step 6

Bake the charlotte on the "Bake" setting for 1 hour. Let it cool in the bowl, then remove it and place it on a serving platter.

Step 7

Lenten charlotte with apples in a slow cooker is ready.

Diet version
If you want to turn a Lenten charlotte into a true healthy masterpiece, you only need to follow two steps. Replace wheat flour 1:1 with oat or corn flour, as they are completely gluten-free. And instead of sugar, you can add any sweetener to the dough. Erythritol or honey are best for a crust as beautiful as the one in the photo.
