Classic American chocolate muffins are incredibly popular all over the world. But sometimes you want something a little more exciting. Today, I'm suggesting these super-chocolate coffee-infused muffins, which are incredibly rich in flavor.

  • Kefir
    100 ml
  • Flour
    100 G
  • Sugar
    125 G
  • Cocoa powder
    40 G
  • Vegetable oil
    40 ml
  • Baking powder
    0.5 tsp
  • Soda
    0.5 tsp
  • Salt
    1 pinch
  • Coffee (instant)
    75 ml
Preparation

Step 1

Combine baking soda and kefir. Let it sit for a couple of minutes.

Step 2

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and cocoa. Mix.

Step 3

Pour the kefir and baking soda into a deep bowl. Add the egg, vegetable oil, and brewed coffee. Mix until smooth.

Step 4

Combine dry ingredients with liquid ones. Knead the dough.

Step 5

Fill the molds halfway with chocolate dough.

Step 6

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 15–20 minutes. Remove the muffins from the oven and enjoy.
