Preparation

Step 1

We measure out the required amount of ingredients.

Step 2

Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder.

Step 3

Place the soft butter into a deep bowl.

Step 4

Pour sugar, vanilla sugar and salt there.

Step 5

Mix with a mixer.

Step 6

Add sunflower oil and mix again with a mixer.

At this stage, all large lumps should disperse.

Add room temperature eggs. Mix with a mixer.

Pour in slightly warmed milk. Mix again with a mixer.

Add dry ingredients in several stages.
