Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Place the soft butter into a deep bowl.
Pour sugar, vanilla sugar and salt there.
Mix with a mixer.
Add sunflower oil and mix again with a mixer.

Add room temperature eggs. Mix with a mixer.
Pour in slightly warmed milk. Mix again with a mixer.
Add dry ingredients in several stages.
