  • Flour

  • Sugar

  • Cocoa powder
    1 tbsp
  • Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Pour medium-fat kefir into a bowl.

Step 2

Add sugar to the kefir. Stir until smooth.

Step 3

Beat in the egg.

Step 4

Pour in melted butter. You can also use margarine.

Step 5

Add flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. Mix.

Step 6

Grease the bottom and sides of the bowl with a little vegetable oil. Transfer the chocolate dough into the bowl.

Place in the microwave to bake for 3 minutes at maximum power.
