Preparation

Pour vegetable oil into a heated pan.

Next, add butter to it and wait until it melts.

Then pour the corn kernels into this pan and mix everything thoroughly.

Cover the pan with a lid because the grains will start to explode.

Pour the prepared popcorn into a deep container, add salt and mix.

Pour sugar into a saucepan.

Add water to the sugar and place the saucepan on the fire.

Without stirring anything, bring the caramel to an amber color.

Next, add butter to the caramel and bring the mixture to a smooth consistency.
