Plum and apple jam in a slow cooker
Fruit already contains enough pectin to make jam. However, the plum and apple dessert turned out to be as thick as possible with the addition of Zhelfix. The powder from the orange 2:1 package reduces the sugar content while still bringing out the sweetness of the fructose in the apples and plums.

Remove the pits from the plums and place them in the multicooker bowl. Then dice the apples, but only after removing the core with a special cutter. Immediately add the Zhelfix.
Add sugar and mix well with a spoon provided for this purpose.
Set the pan to "Stewing" mode for 40 minutes. After 10 minutes, open the lid and stir until the sugar melts thoroughly and doesn't stick to the bottom. Cook until the beep sounds.
Open and blend with an immersion blender, being careful not to scratch the bowl. Or transfer the mixture to a saucepan and blend.
The apple-plum jam made in a slow cooker is ready. Pour into jars and seal for the winter.
