This is a classic recipe for crispy and delicious Caesar salad croutons. They require only the most readily available ingredients and minimal preparation time. If desired, you can substitute dried dill with a blend of Provencal herbs. They pair beautifully with all the salad ingredients and add a delightful aroma to the finished dish.

We prepare the necessary ingredients.
Cut the bread into small cubes. They should be approximately 1 cm x 1 cm in size.
Place the pieces of bread into a deep container.
Add dried garlic and dill.
Mix everything thoroughly so that the seasonings are evenly distributed over all the pieces of bread.
Add salt and pour in vegetable oil (ideally olive oil).
Mix everything well again.
Transfer the bread to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook the croutons in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Crispy and aromatic croutons for Caesar salad are ready.
