Dry apple jam in an electric dehydrator
The most difficult stage of making dried jam is its final drying. This usually takes about three days if the weather is sunny and hot. But if you're trying it in the fall or winter, the drying process can take forever. An electric dehydrator will solve this problem and complete the dessert in just a couple of hours.

Cut the peeled and cored apples into wedges and place them immediately in a bowl. Immediately add the cinnamon, citric acid, and sugar. Mix thoroughly to distribute the ingredients evenly among the wedges.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, add the fruit and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
Remove them along with the parchment paper and let them cool completely at room temperature. Meanwhile, prepare the second batch.
Using a spatula, place the apple slices in the compartments of an electric dehydrator, covered with transparent liners. Dry for 3 hours at 60°C in fan mode.
The dried apple jam is ready. Place the slices in airtight containers suitable for food storage.
