Place honey in a saucepan, add sugar and spices.
Lightly mix the ingredients and place the saucepan over low heat.
Stirring constantly, bring the spice mixture to a boil. Then cook for another minute and remove from heat.
Pour the hot mixture into a deep bowl.
Add soda.
Stir the mixture carefully, as it will increase significantly in volume.
Add soft butter and mix the mixture until smooth.
Add the egg to the resulting mass.
Mix everything thoroughly using a mixer.
Add sifted flour in small portions and
knead the dough.
We form a compact ball out of it.
Wrap the finished dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
