Tiramisu with cream
Eggless tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts. Savoiardi cookies, soaked in aromatic coffee, are topped with a light, airy filling made from creamy mascarpone cheese and heavy cream. Making this dessert is easy; all you need is a little time and a little passion.

Tiramisu - classical An Italian dessert made with coffee-soaked biscuits and creamy cream. To create a truly delicious treat at home, make it from savoyardi biscuitsIt may seem too hard to you, but don't worry - the cookies will soften while the tiramisu is infusing.
Tiramisu cream is being prepared with cream And with mascarpone cheeseTo ensure the layer is airy and fluffy, use cream with a fat content of around 30-35%. It's impossible to whip cream with less than 30% fat. Also, remember that the cream and mascarpone should be at the same temperature and well chilled.

Pour the cream into a mixing bowl and beat with a mixer at medium speed until foamy. The cream must be heavy (at least 33%) and well chilled. It's also a good idea to chill the bowl and beaters, especially if the house is hot.
When the cream foams on the surface, gradually add the powdered sugar. Continue beating at high speed until the mixture thickens and forms soft peaks.
When the cream has whipped to the desired consistency, add the mascarpone. Mix with a mixer at low speed. The cheese should also be cold. The result should be a fluffy, airy, creamy mixture.
First, pour boiling water over the coffee. Stir. Let cool. Add the Amaretto. Any coffee will work for making tiramisu: instant or brewed—it all depends on your personal preference.
Let's start assembling the cake. Dip the cookies one by one in the coffee and place them in the pan. Don't soak the cookies in the coffee for long. They're quite porous, so they absorb the moisture quickly. Dip them, remove them, and place them in the pan.
Spread a layer of cream on top of the cookies. Dip the cookies in coffee again and add a second layer, then cream again. In this recipe It turned out to be three layers of cookies and three layers of cream.
Place the finished cake in the refrigerator to soak for at least 6 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serving. Enjoy!
- Don't soak the cookies for too long! Quickly dip them in the coffee. Try to minimize contact between the cookies and the liquid. Overly soft cookies will make the dessert too wet and messy.
- Add a personal touch to your dessert. You can make it with instant or brewed coffee, or add rum, amaretto, sambuca, or even Irish cream. Those who don't drink coffee or alcohol can use fruit puree or natural juice as a garnish.
- Place the cookies crosswise. When shaping the dessert, place each layer of cookies in a different direction. This will make the dessert easier to cut and present.
- Line the pan. If you're removing the finished cake from the pan, line the pan with plastic wrap before layering. If the cake is likely to flip, begin assembling it with the cream layer.
- Be patient! For the tiramisu to be at its most delicious, allow at least 6 hours between preparation and serving. This time will allow the dessert to soak in the flavors and develop a more vibrant aroma.
You can store the finished tiramisu in the refrigerator for 1-3 days before serving. You can also store any uneaten tiramisu during this time. Just be sure to place the dessert in a tightly sealed container and keep it away from strong-smelling foods.
If you need to extend the dessert's shelf life up to 3 months, you can freeze it. Close the container tightly and place it in the freezer. Defrost in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and grated chocolate before serving.
Be sure to try making tiramisu with mascarpone cream and whipped cream At home. This dessert is quick and easy to make and requires no baking.
