Prepare the bamboo skewers. Trim them so that the edge we'll insert into the fondant is flat on both sides.
Roll out the mastic until it's a thin layer, 3 mm thick. If the mastic sticks to the work surface, sprinkle it with starch.
At this stage, be sure to trim the edge where we'll insert our stick. It should be smooth, without any deformations or roundness.
We dip a bamboo stick in water and insert it into the mastic.
We attach the picture and cut out its approximate outline from mastic.
We trace the picture along a clear outline with a pastry stack.
We check that all contours are clearly visible.
We coat the selected shaped templates with decor gel using a brush.
We glue the picture with the character using a mastic iron.
We do these manipulations with all the pictures.
We cover the surface of each picture with decor gel to make it brighter and shinier.
We cut along the outline of the picture with a stationery knife or another convenient object and get a finished topper.
