Cream200 ml
-
Powdered sugar7 tbsp
-
Savoyardi cookies12 pcs
-
Cheese "Mascarpone"400 G
-
Vanilla sugar10 G
-
Strawberry200 G
Combine the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and blend until the berries are pureed. If desired, you can strain the puree through a sieve afterwards. This will remove the seeds.
Combine the cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. It's important to use chilled cream, as it will whip more easily and quickly.
Combine the mascarpone with the vanilla sugar and remaining powdered sugar. Beat with a mixer at high speed until smooth.
Combine the whipped cream with the mascarpone. Gently fold with a spatula to maintain the cream's airiness.
Take a glass or a bowl and place the Savoiardi biscuits at the bottom.
Add 4 tablespoons of strawberry puree on top of the cookies.
Next, spread the cream over the berry puree. Then, add another layer of cookies, puree, and cream. Refrigerate the dessert for a couple of hours to allow it to set thoroughly.
- You can adjust the amount of powdered sugar to suit your taste. You can also use other sweeteners instead: stevia, erythritol, fructose, etc.
- The cream for this recipe must be full-fat. If you use cream with 10-20% fat, it simply won't whip.
- After cooking, place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it sit for at least 2 hours. I recommend leaving the tiramisu overnight so the cookies soften and become very tender.
- Tiramisu is served in a glass for each guest. It can be garnished with strawberry slices or a sprig of mint. Lemon zest enhances not only the dessert's appearance but also its flavor.
- Instead of a glass or serving bowl, you can use a double-walled goblet or cup. The result will be very beautiful and original.
- Tiramisu goes perfectly with hot drinks like tea or coffee. Children can enjoy a cup of cocoa or milk with their dessert.
