Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except flour in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a fork until smooth. Be sure to mash the cottage cheese to break up any large grains.

Add half of the flour and mix until you get a liquid dough without lumps.

Add the remaining sifted flour and knead until the dough is soft and pliable.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface into a layer about 7-8 mm thick.
