In a mixer, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
Add sour cream and vegetable oil to the mixture, mix the ingredients with a tablespoon.
Gradually pour flour and baking powder into the container, constantly stirring the dough with a spoon until smooth.
Grate the pumpkin pulp on a medium grater and add to the dough.
Peel the apples and cut them into wedges. Place the wedges in a greased baking dish.
Fill the apple mold with our batter. You can make a pattern on top using the remaining apples.
Place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 60 minutes, checking periodically with a toothpick. The dish is ready!
