  • Water
    100 ml
  • Condensed milk
    325 ml
  • Egg C1
    2 pcs
  • Cornstarch
    1 tbsp
  • Lemon zest
    1 tsp
Preparation

Step 1

In a deep bowl, combine the egg, sugar and vegetable oil.

Step 2

Lightly mix the ingredients with a whisk.

Step 3

We obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Step 4

Combine flour with baking powder and pour through a sieve into the egg mixture.

Step 5

Carefully knead the dough.

Step 6

When it becomes compact, gather it into a ball.

Cover the finished dough with film to prevent it from drying out.

Cut the pumpkin pulp into small cubes.

Transfer to a saucepan with a thick bottom.

Pour water into a saucepan with pumpkin and place it on low heat.

Simmer the pumpkin for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place the pumpkin in a deep bowl.

Process with a blender until puree is achieved.

Pour condensed milk into the pumpkin puree.
