Preparation

Step 1

Grate the pumpkin pulp and peeled apple into a deep container using a coarse grater.

Step 2

Break the eggs into a separate container and beat them with a mixer.

Step 3

While mixing, gradually add sugar and vanilla.

Step 4

Pour the grated filling into the container with the egg mixture.

Step 5

Add a little zest.

Mix all ingredients with a spatula.

Sift flour into our container and add slaked soda along with lemon juice.

Mix everything thoroughly.

Add cinnamon to the dough and mix the ingredients until smooth.

Pour the prepared dough into a baking dish and place it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
