Lingonberry and Apple Jam "Five Minutes"
Lingonberry jam with apple and cinnamon can be used as a filling for baked goods or served with tea. The jam is quick to make, preserving all its nutrients. Five minutes of cooking is enough to preserve the treat for the winter.

Cinnamon1 tsp
Add sugar, grated orange zest and cinnamon to the lingonberries.
Grate the apple into a saucepan using a coarse grater.
Cut the orange in half and squeeze only half of it through a regular juicer. Be careful not to get the seeds into the juice, as they will add bitterness to the jam.
Pour in the orange juice and stir gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Cook the jam over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and, maintaining a simmer, cook for 5 minutes.
The lingonberry and apple jam is ready. Let it cool and use it in baking or serve with tea and cookies or bread. If you want to preserve it, pour it into jars while it's still hot.
