Jam from pears, apples and plums
This ruby-colored jam made from pears, apples, and plums will make a striking addition to the table. Thanks to the long simmering and steeping process, the fruit creates a silky texture in the soft puree. The remaining apple and pear pieces only add interesting nuances.

Core the apples and pears and cut them into wedges with the peel on. Remove the pits from the plums and place them on the bottom of the pan, then add a layer of apples.
Boil the water and sugar into a syrup over medium heat, stirring to quickly dissolve the granules. Let it simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Pour the boiling syrup over the fruit and add the pear slices.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes from the moment it boils, skimming off any foam that forms on the surface to prevent it from ruining the color of the jam. Let the jam sit until it cools completely and soaks for about 8 hours.
In the morning, place the saucepan on the stove and simmer the jam for 40 minutes from the moment it comes to a boil. Then, pour it into sterilized jars up to the neck and seal.
The pear, apple, and plum jam is ready. Store it at room temperature.
