Kiwi and apple jam
Typically, apple jam with kiwi turns out more brown than green. The seeds and distinctive flavor are the only clues to its exotic ingredients. But by cooking the fruit for a shorter period, you can preserve some of the kiwi's color and make the preserve more festive.

Peel the kiwi with a vegetable peeler and rinse to remove all the lint. Remove any bruised or damaged parts. Cut into small pieces and immediately place in a saucepan.
Add peeled apples, cut into slices of approximately the same size.
Sprinkle with sugar and add lemon juice.
Stir with a silicone spatula from the bottom up, put on medium heat and bring to a boil.
Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even heating. Meanwhile, prepare to make the jam: sterilize two 450-500 ml jars and boil the lids.
The apple and kiwi jam is ready. Pour into jars and seal for the winter.
