Dried apple jam
If you slice the fruit, dry it until it's like dried fruit, and then heat it in syrup, you'll get a unique, clear jam. It'll taste like apples in honey. If you're too lazy to make jam, you can simply preserve the dried slices for the winter.

Peel and slice the apples, then dry them in a dehydrator or in the oven at 100°C for about 1 hour. Alternatively, you can use pre-dried fruit.
In the morning, prepare a syrup from sugar and water over medium heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the apples and bring to a boil over high heat, then let cool overnight. Repeat this process 3 times.
On the second day in the morning, the apple slices will return to their dried fruit form, but will be soaked in syrup, which will remain clear.
Boil the dried apple jam again and place it in jars washed with baking soda. First, arrange the apple slices, then spread the syrup. This way, each jar will contain an equal number of apples.
