  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Remove the inside of the apple and cut it into large cubes. Do the same with the orange and pumpkin, but remove the peel from the pumpkin. Place everything in a saucepan.

Step 2

Add sugar, cinnamon and water, mix well with a spoon or cover with a lid and shake.

Step 3

Cook over medium heat for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.

Step 4

The pumpkin jam with apples, oranges, and cinnamon is ready. Place it in jars washed with baking soda and refrigerate once cool.
