Peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into medium-sized pieces. Place in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook for 20 minutes, from the moment it comes to a boil, covered, until half-done.
Cut the peeled and cored apples into quarters. Cut a lemon slice, remove the seeds, and cut into two wedges. Add the prepared ingredients to the pan with the pumpkin. Add the raisins, previously soaked in boiling water, and spices.
Stir, cover, and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. At the end of cooking, add honey to taste and stir.
Pumpkin jam with apples, raisins, and spices is ready. Serve as a standalone dessert or spoon into jars while hot.
