Sugar-free apple jam
Sugar-free jam can be stored for just as long as regular jam. Its flavor may vary depending on the sweetener used. However, the dessert always remains delicious, tender, and healthy. To ensure the jam stays soft, it's important to peel the apples, but you can skip this step.

Peel and core the apples, cut into pieces, and weigh them. Or, use about 350 g of fruit initially. Place the apples in a microwave-safe bowl and cover. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on high power until soft.
We transfer the pieces into a blender, collecting, among other things, the released juice.
Add room temperature water and stevia.
Grind until a soft and homogeneous puree is obtained.
Transfer the resulting mixture to a heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Then reduce heat to low and cover with a lid.
Cook for 3 minutes and turn off the burner.
Transfer the apple jam to a container and store it in the refrigerator all winter. Use a clean spoon to scoop the jam out to prevent it from spoiling prematurely.
